Patience Grace Kyomugisha has transitioned from Organizational Development Specialist to development management with International, National NGOs and innovation ventures. Patience is Founder of Save A Woman Initiative- Uganda, an organization that advocates for women’s health http://www.rho.org/files/PATH_Uganda_cxca_strat_plan_2010-2014.pdf and previously an Organizational Development Advisor for Daughters of Charity – Abuja – Nigeria. Patience holds M.Sc. Management of Development from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands, and a BSc. in Adult and Community Development.
The past 10 years have been a period that has registered super success in spaces that Patience has ventured; such success has been evident in areas of: organisational culture and growth, advocacy, research, public health – HIV and AIDS and Reproductive health, health systems management, program development and management, social enterprise development as well as volunteer management. Currently, Patience is focusing on contributing to sustainable development through little innovative steps of knowledge and skills sharing with individuals, teams and organizations, to revolutionize spaces for future innovations.
